Had a delightful and satisfactory breakfast with pastries, marmalade plus options for all tastes. The location for Juan-les-Pins was quiet and excellent, near the beach, the restaurants, parks and marina and the hill to.

Everything was simply good. We liked this cute little and modern hotel and had an excellent time. The staffs were extremely accommodating & incredibly kind. The location was stunning close to the beach. Distance to the airport was just 20 km.

Everything was great, the English breakfast was totally worth it. The staff was very nice and the room was attractive and immaculate. A minibar, central heating, and an iron were available here. Have stayed here many times and will choose it for sure next trip.

Very nice boutique building and rooms with seaview. Peaceful and absolutely perfect location not far from the French Riviera, and the Côte d'Azur.

Delightful and good breakfast with a huge variety of options, exceptional and immaculately clean place. Very clean pool, great-sized and well-designed rooms with balcony and view. A minibar, central heating, and an iron — very useful.

Delightful and good breakfast options, the food was lovely. I took a fantastic room with balcony, lovely amenities and good wardrobe space.

The hotel is beautifully kept and well-maintained and has service-minded staff. Quiet location, not too far from Helios Plage.

The room is new-fashioned and essentials you need, including iron and ironing board, tea and coffee making equipment, and a television with satellite channels, is right there. The interior is unique and design is delightful. The hotel has a good location, to the cute downtown.

The food was lovely, especially an English breakfast. The room we had included a minibar, central heating, and an iron. The hotel's position was marvellous, to the center of Juan-Les-Pins in 10 minutes. Further, it was really close to sea front which is approximately a 5-10 minutes walk, beach and the livelier Antibes.

The location was peaceful and excellent, in a more 'residential' area with easy access to a market and shops. There were a minibar, central heating, and an iron in the room, loved that. The staff was delightfully helpful and very amiable and always on disposal.

Small and very fiendly with a feeling of calm and tranquility.

A minor detail but maybe too much brown colouring in the bedroom madfe it feel a litle masculine.Creams and nuetrals would have worked better for me.

The hotel's peaceful setting, superb pool and bar area and high quality buffet breakfast selection were features which made our 4-day, 3 nights' stay very satisfying and enjoyable. However the greatest praise must go to the efficiency and friendly professionalism of every staff member; their warmth and politeness was consistent at all times and distinguished La Villa from many other high quality hotels we've visited over the years. Temperatures were in the upper twenties, but the air conditioning performed very efffectively. We were provided a FOC upgrade to a Comfort room on the ground floor of an annexe only a few yards from the outdoor pool.

The breakfast price is quite steep, but the alternative - a 15+ minute walk to Juan-les-Pins and the return, uphill walk - made eating-in the sensible and very enjoyable alternative.

I had a wonderful experience at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. They gave great recommendations for local attractions and dining options. The pool area was beautiful and well-maintained, providing a relaxing space to unwind. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious choices. I especially enjoyed the top quality orange juice and the selection of high-end teas. The hotel's location up a hill in a nice area, a little way back from the coast, allowed for a peaceful and serene atmosphere. It was within walking distance to the cute downtown area, making it convenient to explore and enjoy the local restaurants and bars. The rooms were soundproof and the view from mine was breathtaking. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded my expectations.

Although this hotel offers a serene and quiet atmosphere, it may not be the best choice for families with young children. However, the few children that were present during my stay were well-behaved and the pool area remained peaceful.
